  6.     This is a note to let you know that WinTalk version 1.1 is now
  7. out.  In all likelyhood, version 1.2 won't be too far off, since there
  8. are still some winsock-related bugs I'm chasing (PC-NFS, Novell,
  9. Microsoft).  Version 1.1 fixes quite a few bugs, and adds some new
  10. features that should make using WinTalk more pleasant.

  12.     The file WTALK11.ZIP is available for anonymous ftp from
  13. elf.com, and I'll be posting it to some of the archive sites as well
  14. (at least sunsite + cica).

  18.     The executable is now called WTALK11.EXE.  Sorry for the name
  19. change, but I hope you'll agree it's a much better policy to include
  20. version information in the filenames.  Your old progman icons WILL
  21. NEED TO BE CHANGED to reflect the new .exe name.

  85. I just downloaded the v3.97 of this fine program.

  87. I would like to pick on a two details:
  88. Why is the newsgroup name not filled in if you want to post to a empty newsgroup?
  89.   From the newsgroup list, highlight a newsgroup with 'no unread articles',
  90.   click the Post-button. The post article dialog-window pops up, and several boxes
  91.   are filled in, but not the newsgroup!
  92. If the linelenght of a posting is to long for the window, one would like to stretch the
  93.   window horisontally. After doing this the Read, Delete .. buttons are not redrawn correctly.
